Modern is replacing legacy IT platforms like ServiceNow with AI agents that automate 80%+ of IT tickets - help desk, access, onboarding, hardware, security -- inside the channels teams already use. Built by Seb (previously co-founded Unmind, used by Disney, Uber, and the MLB) and Aleks (scaled engineering at Wix and Canva).
We shot with Seb and Aleks in San Francisco during their YC batch. The brief was bold and brand-forward - expressive motion typography, UI overlays, and a visual identity that stood out from the standard black-and-purple AI SaaS template. Delivered a core launch video, a launch teaser, social BTS, and cut-downs for separate feature posts.
