our first official company update. how we met, how george howes changed everything, and what the first two months of TNS looked like.
our first ever company update. polo met michael in june 2025 and things moved fast. what started as a side project filming short-form content for founders turned into something bigger after a conversation with george howes at a blackbird collisions event.
george asked a simple question - why don't you replace traditional production companies and be the creative partner for startups and VCs? traditional video companies lack industry knowledge. they can't contribute to the creative process beyond what you hand them. that's a problem for founders with novel ideas and limited time.
that conversation changed everything. by october we were officially building. by december we'd closed our first YC company (cumulus labs, W26), got flown to sydney to film hack48's content series, worked with relevance AI, and had people finding us before we'd even launched. the demand was there before we were ready for it.
