we flew to san francisco, filmed with 16 YC companies in one month, and came back with a completely different business.

one random day in march we decided to fly to san francisco. set a goal of filming 5 projects and having 30 coffee chats. completely lost track of both.
in one month we worked with 16 YC companies. last batch we worked with 3. shoutout to walter, ara, fuse, expanse, chronicle labs, modern, enjamb, circleback, revnu, insforge, stage, gigacatalyst, clawvisor, hexa, and memoir.
SF made one thing clear - we had to build this so we could work with startups anywhere, not just wherever we happened to be. so we expanded the team, cut turnaround times by 1-2 weeks, and built a workflow that lets us run multiple projects across different countries at once.
the demand isn't just for one-off videos anymore. startups need a way to keep showing what they're building, launching, and shipping. as software gets easier and faster to build, storytelling, video, and distribution become even more important. but most teams don't have the budget for a full-time hire or the time to do it themselves.
so we're building a fractional media team for startups. a team that can plug in, understand their goals, and create what they actually need. basically acting like an in-house media team without them needing to hire one.
not even 6 months in and we've already worked with more YC founders than we ever expected. we're grateful for every conversation, every bit of advice, and every person who believed in what we're building.
